 I.                   Event Background 

  There’s a big difference between domestic and international GA. AOPA China is set to make of China’s Northern Members Base (Inner Mongolia, Ulan Butong), to be the largest free-flying airspace in the country. We’ll inaugurate the base with the "AOPA Nadamu Flight Fair" on July 2013.
  *We’ll have the best in flight entertainment activities for local and international flight enthusiasts as well as ground entertainment for tourists (domestic/foreign).

II.                Venue

Ulan Butong grassland is located in Hebei province in Inner Mongolia’s Chifeng City’s southern part and next to Saihanba forest; only 300 kilometers away from Beijing! It’s full of history and natural beauty and has amazing natural landscapes with beautiful hills and plains, forests and grasslands.

  A pilot’s dream flight location, as well as a virgin travel spot.

III.             Aircraft:

Hot air balloons

Motorized gliders

Motorized hang glidersDelta wing

Helicopters

Unmanned Aircraft (First time participation performance)

·  Other training and ultralights (tbc)

IV.              Aerial Activities will include: flight tours, flight training, Nadamu Flight Fair Performances, special performances, advertisement

V.                 Ground activities and performances will include: horseback riding,  RV renting, Off-road driving, concerts,  Mongolian wrestling & other cultural performances
