The 3rd Session of the 3rd Council of AOPA China was held in Beijing in 5 June, 2013. Xiazheng WANG, the deputy director of Member Service Department, Jiangping YANG, the director of the 1st office of Media Department, and Zhihan REN, the marketing office of Media Department, introduced AOPA events in this year, including 2013 AOPA China International Flight Show, 2013 AOPA China International Flight Training Exhibition and so on.

Currently, the work of 2013 AOPA China International Flight Show is going well. Runways have already started to be constructed, and the communication with tent manufacturers has been completed. The location for the opening ceremony was selected in the Huamu Ditch. The show includes GA aircraft, helicopter, hot air balloon, dynamic parachute and delta wing. It also has tent and caravan exhibition.

There are 129 booths, 120 exhibitors, including flight training schools, aircraft manufacturers, airports, simulator manufacturers, flight equipment leasing companies, flight training theory institutes, flight English training institute, national airlines, flight software developers, and other relevant companies, attending 2013 AOPA China International Flight Training Exhibition. The covering area is 7500 square meters.

The show abstracts hundreds of GA enterprises attention already. It involves pilot training, flight English training and GA talent cultivation, so it bridges the talent exchange.

The campaign of the ‘Dream Flight’ in Xinjiang is going well, which will be held in Karamay, Xingjiang Autonomous Region. There are 20-30 airplanes joining in show and flying over 7-8 cities of Xinjiang, including Urumqi, Kashi and Aksu.
