Participation

Each World Assembly 2014 participant (IAOPA Individual Member or non-Member participant) may register accompanying guest(s).

Registrations can be only paid by credit card. Credit card payments can be processed through the registration form. We encourage registration prior to your arrival.

To be able to benefit from discounted registration fees, your registration and full payment must have been received prior to the deadline listed below. If payment is not received prior to the deadline, the discount is not valid and will not be applied.

Early online registration (March 1 -  August 15 )

• IAOPA members/non-members and invited participants: 680 USD( with Beijing tour)
• Accompanying guest: 425 USD ( with Beijing tour);

Note: For registration including Beijing tour ONLY

Regular online registration ( August 15 - September 9 ) 

• IAOPA members/non-members and invited participants: 800 USD( with Beijing tour)
• IAOPA members/non-members and invited participants: 650 USD( without Beijing tour)
• Accompanying guest: 500 USD ( with Beijing tour)
• Accompanying guest: 350 USD ( without Beijing tour)

On-site registration (September 9)

1. All the expenses including the hotel bill and the registration fee are charged together by 
    the Kunlun Hotel and the hotel bill will be charged in advance.
2. No registration will be confirmed until payment has been received.

Confirmation of registration

When the registration form and payment have been processed, the registrant will receive written confirmation by e-mail. This confirmation letter should be presented at the World Assembly registration desk upon arrival in order to receive World Assembly materials.
