Badges

As a World Assembly participant, you will be identifiable by your name badge. This badge permits you access to World assembly sessions and activities, unless special tickets are provided. Participants are expected to wear their name badge at all times. In case of loss, please request a new name badge at the registration desk.

Staff and volunteers will be available in meeting areas throughout for assistance. Do not hesitate to contact staff for any questions you may have.

Delegates in need of medical treatment should contact the registration desk.

Any found items can be dropped off at the World Assembly registration desk.

Beijing’s metro system is quick, fast and reliable and will connect you to all areas of the city. Subway tickets (2 RMB) can be bought either at the electronic vending machines or ticket windows.

The World Assembly organizers will accept no liability for personal injuries sustained by, or for loss or damage to property belonging to World Assembly participants, or any other unforeseen circumstances either during or as a result of the WA or during its social events, tours and activities. It is therefore recommended that participants, as well as companies, arrange their own personal health, accident and travel insurance.
