Hillsboro Aviation, an airplane and helicopter flight training school, has numerous financing options for flight training available, including a new loan program that offers up to full program financing.

Loan programs are not the only available program financing options, company officials noted. Hillsboro Aviation is also approved by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for the training of military veterans, which means veterans can use their benefits to pay for flight training. The Post-9/11 GI Bill is the most commonly used veterans benefit at Hillsboro Aviation. Through a long-standing relationship with Portland Community College, veterans can qualify to get up to 100% of their flight training paid for when using the Post-9/11 GI Bill.

The helicopter training program includes Private, Instrument, Commercial, Certified Flight Instructor and Certified Flight Instructor Instrument courses, as well as Mountain, Long Line and Turbine Transition courses.
