WASHINGTON, D.C. — The House Subcommittee on Aviation, chaired by U.S. Rep. Frank LoBiondo (R-NJ), will hold a roundtable policy discussion on Thursday, Feb. 27, on the FAA’s efforts to address the NextGen Advisory Committee’s (NAC) recommendations for developing the Next Generation Air Transportation System. In July 2013, the FAA tasked the committee with reviewing the agency’s plans and activities that have an effect on the NextGen implementation and develop a prioritized list of consensus recommendations. Thursday’s roundtable will examine the FAA’s implementation of the NAC recommendations. The roundtable is open to the public, and is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. in 2167 Rayburn House Office Building. It will not be webcast. In addition to subcommittee members, roundtable participants will include:
